A recent whomping took place in my life as I looked back on 2 1/2 years of studying neuro-marketing and copy writing. I realized that, for the last 30 years, I’ve been shoving bullet points and MY business agenda down the throat of my prospects.

What I’ve now learned, from copy writing guru David Garfinkel, is that a good marketer “enters into the conversation your prospects are already having in their mind.”
