Male Pleasure, Female Orgasms, and Better Sex with Susan Bratton on Holly Randall Unfiltered

What happens when you put me in a conversation with Holly Randall and give us permission to get candid about sex? We go straight to the questions people are often too embarrassed to ask.

I joined Holly Randall Unfiltered for a lively conversation about erections, penis pumps, male multiple orgasms, female ejaculation, and the journey that led me to develop my orgasmic intercourse teachings. Yes, my “Queen of Peen” nickname made an appearance!

There’s plenty of humor in this episode, alongside a subject I take seriously: helping people understand their bodies and communicate about pleasure.

An Honest Conversation with Holly Randall

Holly is a renowned erotic photographer and director whose podcast brings together adult industry professionals, authors, educators, and advocates. She creates space for honest, sex-positive conversations that challenge misconceptions and let people share their experiences.

That openness gave us room to explore subjects that rarely get thoughtful attention—and to have some fun along the way.

Understanding Erections and Changes with Age

We talked about the mechanics of an erection and why some men experience changes in function as they get older. Understanding what’s happening in your body can help you ask better questions and move beyond embarrassment.

We also discussed penis pumps, the protocols I talk about in my educational work, and the gains data we explored during the episode. It’s a topic that deserves careful attention to evidence, realistic expectations, and proper device use. Changes in erectile function also deserve a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.

My hope is that more men feel comfortable seeking information and support for their sexual health.

Orgasm and Ejaculation: Exploring the Difference

One of the most intriguing parts of our conversation was the distinction between orgasm and ejaculation.

These experiences often happen together, which can make them seem inseparable. We explored how some men learn to experience them separately and what that can mean for their exploration of multiple orgasms.

Every body is different. I want people to approach their pleasure with curiosity, without turning another person’s experience into a performance requirement.

Female Ejaculation, Fantasy, and Curiosity

Holly and I also discussed female ejaculation and the confusion surrounding it. This subject comes with plenty of assumptions, and I welcome opportunities to bring it into an educational conversation without shame.

We ventured into fantasy, too, including my personal theory about possible evolutionary influences on some women’s interest in group-sex scenarios. That’s a speculative idea, not an established explanation of female desire. Women’s fantasies vary enormously, and having a fantasy doesn’t necessarily mean wanting to experience it in real life.

Why Orgasmic Intercourse Is Personal to Me

For 12 years, I didn’t climax from penetration. That experience helped inspire my exploration of pleasure and the orgasmic intercourse techniques I later developed.

I know how frustrating it can feel when your experience doesn’t match what you’ve been led to expect. That’s why I care so much about helping people replace pressure with curiosity, communication, and room to discover what feels good to them.
