Sex And The One

Is Your Best Sex Still Ahead of You? My Deep Dive on the Sex and the One Podcast

My Spicy Chat with KV and B: Why Your Best Sex Starts Now

Hello, my lovers!

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with two incredible women, Kris (KV) and Bianca (B), on their fantastic podcast, Sex and the One.

If you haven’t tuned in to them yet, you’re missing out. KV is a single mom of four who literally wrote the book on dating and looking for “The One,” while B is happily married with three young daughters. Together, they bring such a diverse, honest perspective to the table. We got deep, we got personal, and yes—things got a little spicy!

Redefining the “Peak” of Pleasure

There is a massive misconception in our culture that our sexual “prime” happens in our 20s. I’m here to tell you that is a total myth. In this episode, we explore the reality that for many of us, the most profound intimacy and the most mind-blowing orgasms don’t even begin until our 40s, 50s, and 60s.

I shared my own personal journey—how I went from being a “duty sex wife” to living my absolute best, most vibrant sexual life right now in my 60s. Trust me, if I can do it, you can too.

What We Dove Into:

We covered a lot of ground in this episode, including the topics you ask me about most:

  • The “Broken” Libido Myth: Why feeling like your drive has disappeared usually isn’t a hormone problem, and what’s actually going on.

  • Mismatched Libidos: I explain why you don’t need a new partner; you just need better skills.

  • The Yoni Massage Crave: We talk about why this is going viral and how it can fundamentally shift your connection to your own pleasure.

  • Monogamy Without Monotony: How to create a Sex Life Bucket List so things never get stale.

  • The Sexual Soulmate Pact: I share my communication framework for asking for what you want in bed without hurting your partner’s feelings.

  • Logistics of Love: Why “scheduling” sex is actually one of the sexiest things you can do when you have a life with “87 tabs open.”

  • Support for the Men: We didn’t leave the guys out! We discussed erectile health, toys, and keeping the fire hot as he ages, too.

“I love my partner, but something is missing…” If you’ve ever felt that way, this episode was recorded specifically for you.

  1. Thank You so very much, Susan. ❤️All of my life I hated sex and was avoiding it or praying for it to be over soon and suffered from a male centered sexuality which does absolutely nothing for women. Then, thank goodness, I’ve been with a woman and afterwards with an impotent man and suddenly a whole new world was opening up. Then I started to search for more, believing now that sex can be awesome for women ( just maybe not with straight men? This still needs proof) but with myself + women + I devoted my life now to learning what’s possible after a life of shitty sex + endless suffering in just serving the penis.
I’m for sure not putting up with any shit anymore. I got all your freebies + some of your payed Programs, I could afford + I’m discovering more + more. You’re right, women don’t know what they need, they just know what they’re getting is 100% not working.
Additionally being in my 50ies and seeing you as a woman evolving and blooming and not hiding your age and lust .. you’re giving me so much hope + inspiration.
On some days I think, I’d love to do a work like you do as here in Europe I don’t know anyone like you and so many women putting up with crap their whole life. 😢
You are my inspiration + I can’t thank you enough for your wonderful work ❣️
